Lydia's New Clothes

One of my good friends, Katie Davis, just moved home after going to Utah State. I was so excited to have one of my high school friends living close again. I got to visit with her for a little while on Tuesday, and today we went shopping together. I couldn't help but buy some clothes for Lydia. They are so cute these days, and I couldn't resist. Aaron wasn't too happy about it. He thinks she has a much larger wardrobe than him already. We ended up having a little fashion show and photo shoot with her in her new clothes. I was surprised at how well behaved Lydia was, because she usually hates getting her clothes changed. I just thought I'd share some of the fun!

Lydia wanted to show off her muscles in her swmsuit.

The Three of Us

Here we are at our friend Alyssa'a wedding. It's kind of a funny picture, but it's the only one with the three of us! We need to take more!

Bath Time!

Lydia loves to be in the tub! She sits contently in her little seat while I bathe her, but she really smiles when I take her out of it. She likes to wiggle her arms and legs in the water. I think she will enjoy trips to lake powell with her daddy. Maybe one day she will rival him with the skis. I love to see her chubby belly with tiny stick arms and legs. She is our cute little frog!

Lydia loves to be held by her cousins!

Sorry!

Well, as most of you already know, it has been a while since I have added to our blog. I figured that you would like to see some updated pictures of our little Lydia. She is growing so fast! Aaron and I are having so much fun being parents. Lydia is the sweetest baby. She has her ornery moments in the evening, but they don't last long. She loves to smile and coo!

We're Bloggers!

It's true, our little family has officially joined the crowd and started our own blog. We love to visit the sites of our friends and family. It's great to see what is going on in their lives, and we are excited to share a little bit of ourselves as well. As of now, our lives are pretty uneventful, but we are anxious for that to change as we are expecting our first baby any day now. It will be great to have Aaron home for a few days while we learn about what it takes to be parents!
